This notice covers the contact form on grisins.lv.

The data controller is Aleks Grišins, Riga, Latvia. Email: aleks.grisins@gmail.com.

What data I receive

Only what you type into the form: your name, email address, website address (optional) and the text of your message.

The site sets no cookies and collects no visitor statistics.

Purpose and legal basis

I use the data for one purpose: to reply to your message and discuss possible work together.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me.

Processor

Form delivery is handled by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com): it receives what you enter and forwards it to my email. In this process Web3Forms acts as a data processor.

How long I keep it

I keep messages in my email for as long as our conversation continues. After that I delete them. If you want them deleted sooner, just write to me.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent.

If you believe I have handled your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
