5. Artificial intelligence

   Two strands. First: AI search engines and assistants find your site and understand it correctly, so they refer to you accurately as well. Second: AI working inside the site that does real work, for example sorting and summarising incoming enquiries, drafting replies, or processing documents and images.

   Build

   I do what we agreed, and tidy up the other rough edges I spot along the way. I leave the code cleaner than I found it, so the site is easier to maintain afterwards.

   I hand over the finished site with a short video guide, so that you know how to work with it from then on.
